What we can help with
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a step contains an error, a link has stopped working, or something a vendor publishes has changed and the course has not caught up, we would like to know. Please say which page and, if you can, what the correct position is.
Questions about the course itself are welcome too, as are suggestions about what a beginner needed that the five steps did not cover. We read everything, though we cannot promise to act on it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot assist with any game account. We are not a publisher, a partner, a reseller or an authorised support channel for any game, including Crossout, so we cannot recover a login, reverse a purchase, resolve a ban or answer a question about an account's contents. Those enquiries have to go to the publisher of the game concerned.
We also cannot give legal, financial or technical advice about your particular situation. The course points to the Australian bodies responsible for classification, online safety, consumer law and privacy precisely because they are better placed than we are. For a problem with a purchase, the ACCC explains the consumer guarantees and how to complain. For a suspected scam, Scamwatch takes reports.
What happens to your message
Email sent to the address above is held by our email service provider, whose servers may be located outside Australia, and is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. We do not add correspondents to any list, because no list exists, and we never sell or share contact details. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy; the short version is that nothing happens to your message beyond someone reading it and replying.
