Cookie Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
A cookie is a small piece of text that a website asks your browser to keep and hand back on the next request, which is how a site recognises a returning visitor. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage that keeps data under a site's name, invisible images used to register that a page was opened, and scripts loaded from another company's server that can observe your visit.
Quiet Concept, published by MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o., uses none of them. The list below names each one we checked for on this site.
What we checked
- Cookies set by this site
- Not used. quietconcept.online sets no cookies of its own, for any purpose, including preferences and session handling.
- Cookies set by others through this site
- Not used. No third party has code on these pages, so nobody is in a position to set a cookie through them. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking pixel, no social sharing widget and no embedded video.
- localStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written to your browser's local storage. This is why the checklists do not remember which boxes you have ticked, on this visit or any later one.
- sessionStorage
- Not used. Nothing is written for the duration of a tab or a visit either.
- IndexedDB
- Not used. No database is created in your browser.
- Tracking pixels
- Not used. There are no invisible images, beacons or conversion tags on any page.
- Browser fingerprinting
- Not used. No script here reads your fonts, screen dimensions, graphics behaviour or any other characteristic to build an identifier.
- Web fonts and third-party scripts
- Not used. Text is set in fonts already present on your device, and the only JavaScript is a short first-party file served from this domain that opens the small-screen menu and prints a page. Every page loads entirely from quietconcept.online, so your browser contacts no other server.
- Server access logs
- Used. This is the single entry in this list that is not "Not used." Our hosting provider records the usual web server log entries when a page is requested, and keeps them for 30 days.
Why there is no cookie banner
Because there would be nothing to ask you about. A consent banner exists so that a visitor can accept or refuse something that is about to be stored; where nothing is stored, a banner would be a misleading piece of theatre, implying a choice that does not exist. We would rather spend the space explaining what actually happens.
What does happen instead
When your browser asks for a page, the web server writes a log line. That line contains the IP address making the request, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sent one, and the user-agent string describing your browser and operating system. Our hosting provider keeps those logs for 30 days and they are then deleted. They are used for security, abuse prevention and fault diagnosis, and for nothing else. That is the entirety of what this site records, and it is described in the same terms in our Privacy Policy.
After you follow an affiliate link
Some links in the course are paid affiliate links, explained on the Affiliate Disclosure page. Following one takes you to a different website. Once you are there, Crossout's own site and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains, typically to record that the referral came from here. MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o. does not control those cookies, cannot read them and has no say in how long they last. If that matters to you, read the cookie and privacy notices on the site you have arrived at.
Clearing or blocking cookies generally
Every current browser lets you see which sites have stored cookies, delete them individually or all at once, and block new ones — either from every site or only from third parties. The settings sit under a heading such as privacy, security, content settings or site data, and each browser's own help pages describe the exact path for the version you are running. Blocking cookies entirely will break sites that rely on them for signing in; it will have no effect at all on this one.
If this ever changes
We have no plan to introduce cookies. If that ever changed, this page would be rewritten first, with the effective date updated, and a working consent mechanism would be in place before a single cookie was set. We would not introduce one quietly and update the page afterwards.
