1. Who publishes this site

quietconcept.online is published by MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o., Vojenova 2481/7, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, company registration 62419111, contactable at info@quietconcept.online. Reading the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What the course is

The five-step course and its checklists are general information for people new to free-to-play PC games. They are not professional advice, and they are not security, legal, financial, medical or technical advice for your situation. They are also not accredited training: nothing here is a qualification, there is no assessment, no record of completion exists and no certificate is issued or implied. You decide what to do with the material, and the decisions remain yours.

3. Product information changes

Statements about any specific product are taken from what its vendor publishes, at the time of the review date shown in the footer. Online games change constantly: system requirements, supported operating systems, available features, prices and terms are all altered by their publishers without reference to us. Before acting on anything said here about a particular product, check the vendor's own current material. Where a vendor does not state something, we say so rather than fill the gap.

4. Other people's websites

The course links to sites operated by other organisations, including game vendors, an affiliate network, and Australian government bodies. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or how they handle your information, and a link is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific reason given for it in the text.

5. Affiliate links

Some links are paid affiliate links and are marked as such wherever they appear. If you create an account after following one, MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o. receives a commission from the affiliate network that operates the link, at no additional cost to you. Any contract you enter into with a game publisher is between you and that publisher; we are not a party to it, and we cannot help with accounts, purchases or support for any game. 6. Intellectual property

The text, layout and code of this site belong to MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o. You are welcome to print the checklists and use them personally or within a household. Republishing substantial parts of the course elsewhere requires our permission.

All brand names on Quiet Concept, Crossout among them, are the property of their owners. Except for the paid affiliate links described on our funding page, none of those owners is affiliated with Quiet Concept, and none has endorsed or sponsored it.

7. Availability

We make the site available as it is. We do not promise that it will be reachable at all times, or that every link will still resolve, though we check them at each review.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o. is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on its contents.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, and where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the information or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where MUSICAL TECHNOLOGY GANG s.r.o. is established. That choice does not displace the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer law of the place where you live. If you are a consumer in Australia, the Australian Consumer Law continues to apply to you and you may bring proceedings in Australia.

If these terms change, the effective date above is updated at the same time. The version on this page applies.
